I acknowledge that the policy of Dave Donnelly Photography is that a property must be vacant of anyone, including occupants, other contractors, agents, etc, for at least 2 hours PRIOR TO our scheduled appointment time, to reduce potential airborne virus risk. Failure to ensure this 2 hour vacancy will result in a rescheduling of the shoot and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for helping us remain healthy!

Zillow Walkthrough Video - This feature has been discontinued by Zillow. Videos can still be uploaded to Zillow, but must be edited and then uploaded. We can do this with our custom video, but in a shorter video, because Zillow wants 2 minutes or less, and 500 MB or less. If you would like this done, please write in "Zillow Video Request" below. The charge for this is $100. This video will also be sent to you as a Youtube upload and can be used for any marketing you would like, not just Zillow. *
