Regarding Weather and Property Readiness

The listing agent agrees that we may have bad weather or smoky skies from time to time and that shoots will continue as scheduled unless you cancel with Dave. Please honor the 48 hour cancellation policy. The listing agent agrees to have the property in photo ready condition before the photographer's arrival. Please ensure that all lights work, and lamps are plugged in. If the carpets have been recently cleaned, the agent MUST visit the home to replace any furniture that was moved before photographer arrives. The photographer will shoot the house in the condition it is in when they arrive. Please mark your calendar to inspect the property prior to the appointment time. Thank you!
