Regarding Smoky Skies and Property Readiness *

The listing agent agrees that we may have smoky skies for the next weeks or months and that shoots will continue as scheduled unless you cancel with Dave. Please honor the 48 hour cancellation policy. The listing agent agrees to have the property in photo ready condition before the photographer's arrival. The photographer will shoot the house in the condition it is in when they arrive. Please mark your calendar to inspect the property prior to the appointment time. Thank you!
